Je suis responsable d’une équipe de 20 personnes qui couvre une grande partie de l’Europe. Nous sommes une fonction qui touche la plus part des verticales. La société se développe très vite et donc les besoins changent ainsi que ceux des Sales leaders qui sont plus nombreux, avec chacun leurs problématiques liées à leurs régions. Nicole a compris très rapidement mon contexte de travail et les compétences que je souhaitais développer. L’expérience de Nicole, qui a travaillé avec de nombreux leaders dans divers domaines, à tout de suite permise d’avoir des réponses adaptées à mes besoins.

Les situations étaient bien comprises et donc les conseils reçus étaient totalement en phase avec les besoins. Pour preuve, le résultat du questionnaire de fin de période de coaching, envoyé à dix personnes de différents services de ma société, dont les Vice-Présidents, ont été très positifs quant à l’amélioration de tous les objectifs fixés au départ. Dès les premières semaines de coaching j’avais déjà ressenti les effets positifs de mes nouvelles approches. C’est la raison pour laquelle je vais refaire une session de coaching avec Nicole, afin de poursuivre mon développement professionnel et m’assurer de répondre aux mieux aux besoin de la société. I had the pleasure of being coached by Dr. Nicole Schmidlin for a period of 9 months during 2011/12. Key focus areas were executive presence and the development of influencing and persuasion skills.
